Meet The Staff

Scott Kurland

Executive Director

Scott Kurland has been working in Community Access Television for the past two decades. He started his career in production at the age of 13 working as a PA for Chelmsford Telemedia in 1999. From there Scott went on to attend film school at Fitchburg State University, majoring in Communications Media with a concentration in Film/Video Production. Scott’s resumé includes working at ”The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” for Comedy Central/Viacom in New York City. In 2010, Scott left New York and network television to go back to where he got his start, community access television. For the last decade Scott has worked for various stations across Massachusetts. Some of the station he’s worked for include WCAT in Wakefield, WCTV in Wilmington, and most recently APAC in Ayer. Scott is happy to be here serving Leominster as the Executive Director of LTV. Robert Peppler

Broadcast and Bulletin Scheduling, Training, Membership

Robert has enjoyed being a staff member at LTV for a number of years now. He studied Film Production and has a bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University. Robert has many varied interests/hobbies (“too many,” says his wife) ranging from Computer graphics/animation, the Titanic, wood working and miniatures to keep him distracted from the problems of production when he is not at LTV.

Jane Paszko

Digital Media & Preservation Specialist

Jane previously worked at Leominster Access Television just shy of 10 years, as the Station Operations Supervisor, and took a 5-year hiatus. She is back now maintaining the Media Preservation Archives. Jane has worked in over 10 different cities and towns and in many roles through Massachusetts community television stations. She graduated from Fitchburg State as a Communications/Media major specializing in TV production and considers herself a documentarian and archivist of many different formats. Jane was a former co-host of “The Jack and Jane Morning Show” and is looking forward to creating more video projects and reconnecting with the Leominster community.

Johannes Crueger-Cain

Technical & Media Coordinator

Johannes is a storyteller at heart. Beit filming the longstanding rivalry between local sports teams or creating vast fantasy worlds– he loves nothing more than capturing stories and bringing them to life. Whether it be through writing, videography, or animation, he is always excited to create something new.

Johannes got his Film or Communications Media (as they call it from where he’s from) degree from Fitchburg where he learned the Ins-and-outs of film. After graduating he began his internship at LTV. Soon after he would go on to become a staff member of the LTV team.

Mia Minnucci

Production Coordinator

Mia is a recent graduate of Suffolk University where she studied Journalism with a concentration in print and web media. Before becoming one of the newest staff members at LTV, Mia served as an intern on the production team for The Secrets of Hillsong a Scout Production docuseries airing on Hulu.

Mia has a passion for all things film and media, especially real-life storytelling. She is looking forward to capturing and sharing the stories of Leominster.
