Scott Kurland

Executive Director

Scott Kurland has been working in Community Access Television for the past two decades. He started his career in production at the age of 13 working as a PA for Chelmsford Telemedia in 1999. From there Scott went on to attend film school at Fitchburg State University, majoring in Communications Media with a concentration in Film/Video Production. Scott’s resumé includes working at ”The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” for Comedy Central/Viacom in New York City. In 2010, Scott left New York and network television to go back to where he got his start, community access television. For the last decade Scott has worked for various stations across Massachusetts. Some of the station he’s worked for include WCAT in Wakefield, WCTV in Wilmington, and most recently APAC in Ayer. Scott is happy to be here serving Leominster as the Executive Director of LTV. Juliette Laford

Education, Production, & Social Media Coordinator

Juliette is a graphic designer and a photographer, she graduated from Fitchburg State University where she studied Communications Media. Juliette loves any sort of crafts including painting and costume making. She has worked previously with local afterschool programs such as The Lunenburg Teen Center. She can often be found outdoors hiking the Appalachian Mountains or frolicking at a renaissance faire.

Armando Estevez

Technical, Engineering, & Sports Coordinator

Armando is a videographer and technology enthusiast who loves working behind the scenes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and digital media production from Worcester State University and is excited to bring his skills and passion to the Leominster community. In his free time, Armando enjoys attending live shows, playing video games, and drinking too much coffee.

Valerie Langlois

Programming & Membership Coordinator

Valerie is a filmmaker and a makeup artist, she is a graduate from Hofstra University where she studied Filmmaking and Creative Writing. She loves writing and directing and often makes short films in her free time. Valerie has worked with local TV stations such as Groton Channel, Acton Tv, and APAC, since high school and is happy to return to her roots after graduation.

Kai Arsenault

Audio Production & Digital Media Coordinator

Kai is a Leominster native who grew up loving music. He joined the LHS marching band in 7th grade and stayed throughout high school. He has a degree in Music and Sound Recording from the University of New Haven, where he was also in the marching band. Kai interned at LTV where he learned video production. He fell in love with all of it and was very happy to join the LTV team.
